It’s too late for leftists to try to reclaim the Star Spangled Banner unless they want to break up their “big tent” or get hit by friendly fire. Antifa and BLM have already made it clear that they view the American flag as the flag of their enemy. Most milquetoast neighborhood leftists don’t have the guts to separate from or become targets of the commie footsoldiers. The few who do are probably acting out of ignorance, or maybe they have lost faith in the commie punks and now fear the right more.
