They cannot do it but by infiltrating a pre-existing manifestation of , lets say 10,000 people. Then it's just a simple matter to send in 20-30 hilbilly looking glowfags with MAGA attire to: Incite the crowd to commit violent acts; have a hatteful, violent prone discours themselves, well in view of MSM apparatus (but of course); break stuff, loot, burn and assault. However they cannot do it all by themselves!
