Hes sitting down. All he did was not stand up Trump shook the hands of those that stood up to shake his hand. Its not a crime to not shake someones hand lol.

Thank you for being the only person that actually pointed out where he was. I couldn’t see him. so yes, it makes more sense… He was sitting down, and it didn’t even look like Trump offered his hand. This is a very misleading video!
