The fact that Trump should not have been tried in the first place notwithstanding, he should not have been tried at the state level. That alone should warrant an appeal.

Exactly! The FEC already said no laws were violated yet that prick DA Briggs contorted a misdemeanor state law into a felony! I can’t wait to see all their asses either spending the rest of their lives in Gitmo or swinging from the gallows for treason.
