Holy Father, today I feel inspired by relationnal symmetry, which is how conditionless love is always returned in some way at a moment or another. Sometimes, we have to wait very long for this, we even forget or regret, even resent the other person, but we should not. This is not to be measured accurately: while typing this, I wonder what became of a few people who were so kind to me decades ago. If I eventually meet them again, I will certainly let them know how I never forgot them and how they have my respect and assistance should they need it. This is not about investing in specific relationships, this is about being good to others according to our possibilities and opportunities.
AGENDA
Today we celebrate Saint Pothinus.
According to Irenaeus, Pothinus was born around the year 87, probably at Smyrna. He was a disciple of Polycarp, bishop of Smyrna, and accompanied him to Rome in 158. Pope Anicetus sent him to evangelize the Gauls. Pothinus established himself at Lyons, and founded there a flourishing Church, over which he presided for almost twenty years. In asserting his own authority as bishop of Lyon, Irenaeus says that Pothinus had been his predecessor in the position, and the first holder of that office. By 177, a large number of the Christians in the area of Vienne and Lyons were Greeks from Asia. A violent persecution was there against them while Pothinus was bishop of Lyons, and Irenรฆus, who had been sent there by Polycarp out of Asia, was a priest of that city. Pothinus died at the age of ninety, in about 177 AD, martyred along with Alexander, Attalus, Espagathus, Maturus, and Sanctius, during Persecution in Lyon during the tenure of Emperor Marcus Aurelius. Pothinus and several companions were seized by a mob and taken to the magistrate; Pothinus is believed to have died from the abuse he suffered in prison, while the others were killed by wild beasts in the local amphitheater.

Thank you Penisse and Mary for all you have done and always help us to understand our current situations with the plan. Hope both of you can get healed by the grace of God. God bless you.

I really missed you! How are you? Are the Little Ones being good to their Meema? Howโs George? Howโs Izzy?
We are all fine. How's Anne, Chonchon and Thalie? Are you still making music? How are the little porcupines? Do you still have them or have you set them free or did they just wander off? No, I'm not being sarcastic. Just asking.
Kids are fine, I am fine, George is fine and Izzy is still being her same dog self other than a bit slower. We are all aging. I have gotten to the point that I can barely walk. My legs and hips hurt so badly. I'm taking that Vitamin C and L-Lysine that u/JohnTitor17 posted on here. Tweety even liked it. Check it out, you may be able to find it still.
Dear Mary, I am quite relieved to read you even if I am sorry to read youโre unwell. I pray you will get better other time and beg you to take good care of yourself, and to avoid doing things which could make your pain worse.
On my side, well, itโs another rainy weekend in Burgundy where I have to cut the slugs so we become our tomatoes later next season. Anne has once against passed and is spending the weekend in Switzerland. I took the cat who are getting impatient as I will have the other half of my chicken for lunch.
It took a great effort to get used not to eat more than once again but this helps with my recent weight issues, as well as my nightly back pain. I guess my stomach has an issue. I choose not to take the new blood pressure medicine my doctor prescribed after reading about its side effects, which include depression, aches, and many other things. I believe Godโs warming my heart last week really did turn things for the better and I will pray you know it when He warms yours as well.๐๐ป๐
Amen. I am so happy that you refuse that blood pressure medication. Some of those meds do more harm than good. I have been trying the new things I read on here. Tweety is loaded with information on natural healing as well as JohnTitor17. I pray that you will be fully healed and on a great painless path. I know what you mean about the backaches. And the RAIN. It will not stop raining here either.
Thank you my dear Tweety. I think the underlying cause is this car that is hard to get in and out of. It was free as my son gave it to me, but it does sit low to the ground and I believe that is why my hips and legs hurt getting in and out of it all week. I will try raising my Vitamin D intake though. God bless my friend.
My bloodwork is due I think in July. Yesterday I had 'severe heartburn' all day long. Even at church. I NEVER have heartburn. It seems the 2000 mg twice a day of Vitamin C is too much. A person is not to exceed 1000 mg of C a day to avoid stomach issues. So I lowered my intake down to 500 mg morning and 500 mg at night to go with the L-Lysine. Thank God I got up today and after having to take antacids and finally some Pepto last night, my heartburn subsided. I can say that's twice in my life I've had heartburn and that's not funny.
Hello Dear Tweetie! Thank you for the nice news. It's almost prayer time here... less than half an hour to go. I just arrived from Burgundy in Switzerland. That was exhausting but I am glad this was not worse and also that it's over now.
