So, from a barefoot doctor perspective (i.e. not qualified, but actively searching out stuff) -take my advice with a grain of salt or whatever.
MS is an autoimmune disease, whereby the body is attacking itself. Very awful. One vector is to start taking Ivermectin every day, which will blunt that hyperactive immune system, by blocking cellular access to 'invaders' - with an added benefit that there may be parasites causing the baseline problem. Another safe drug to investigate is Aspirin, which actually works on similar lines, and has thousands of years of track-record (Willow bark). We use the latter as a refreshing drink when something feels off.
But, my secondary advice is to try the Lion Diet (Facebook Group)- see Mikhaila Peterson on the topic. She is now a glowing example of health, but went through a vale of tears to get there.
The Lion diet is: Beef or Venison ONLY. some salt. And of course, and filtered water. Some people can tolerate coffee - but for that, go to a Carnivore group. There are 'dirty' carnivores who will eat anything coming from animals. And some people find that Salmon only does wonders.
Anyway, the Lion diet recommends to try it for at least six weeks, but you can feel results within three. What have you got to lose? At least try it. It is not more expensive than one's existing diet. Because you are simply replacing EVERYTHING with Beef. Most people are comfortable with about one pound a day, but for me it was more like half a pound. And yes, I tackled my auto-immune thing. I felt improvements after only a week. Now, after three years, I can tolerate a few tablespoons of white rice with it - but that's just for decoration, really.
What happens is that the gut will start dumping all the bacteria that was there trying to deal with all the various foods (and junk-foods). And it will make things a whole lot simpler. When you look up nutritional facts about beef, one will find that it is (almost) a perfect food. Oh, and don't trim the fat. Enjoy it.
After six weeks, you might need to supplement with a little magnesium, because most of the world is magnesium deficient, including animals - but some farmers are good at that stuff, so it may not be an issue for you. If you are seeing a doc, get some blood work-ups, and keep track of all the micro-nutrients. Maybe potassium will pop up as a deficiency, but defenitely maybe on that one.
