Sounds right to me. I'd gather that this is a warning to anyone left out there in the financial world to give themselves up now. Spider being most famous ETF company, northeast being home of most financials in the usa including wall st and in comms world a spider being someone who sets up a web to catch its prey...many times computer oriented traps.
