If this had been exposed and corrected 3 years ago, the dems would have had time to come up with some other way to cheat en mass. Maybe (BIG maybe) this was brought NOW to discourage dems from using that way of stealing ("We know what you're doing and we have eyes on") but late enough in process that they cannot figure out another way.
