Some people may think that demonic influence is limited to voices in a person’s head. I think those are more extreme cases. I think more often it’s like feelings, urges, and impulses.
Indeed. We are all energy, vibration and frequencies. I think our senses are not susceptible for these demonic entities but they are certainly there and are trying to influence our feelings, urges and impulses and ultimately our behaviour. Some call them archons.
If you’re living in a Godly way and have a clean conscience and strong faith, the Holy Spirit protects you from any demonic influence. People might become susceptible when they let their guard down in a few ways. Maybe one way is doing something wrong, not showing contrition, not seeking forgiveness, and carrying that guilt. Maybe another way is carrying a grudge. Or getting out-of-control drunk. Or being oversexed. Or lazily following a dishonest crowd instead of seeking the truth. Or being too proud to believe in God.
1 Peter 5:8
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:“
