I dont neceserarily agree with white conservative men playing a role. I think that a lot of men from the WW2 generation in high positions were retiring in the early 70's and women were put in those positions due to the manufactured womens lib movement. Which kind of brings up to where we are today. I dont agree in woman having to caver their bodies like the muzzies. I would love to be in a world or time where a man can raise his family on one salary, have a nice house & car and the woman would stay home if hse wanted to.
