Thank you as I saw this article being talked about on either Steve Bannon or Jack Posobiec, I can't remember which. So I took it as being true since it was on their channel and the man who is either the owner of nationalfile.com was talking or he is the editor in chief. Can't remember his name. However I never thought it of being CIA propoganda. I am keeping my eyes and ears open.
