Legal problem as in lots of money will be flowing the the judges and lawyers as the litigate the cases.

NOT Legal Problems as in she broke the law, therefore the actions that resulted from those illegal actions are null and void, and certainty not Legal Problems as in she will be doing prison time for breaking law.
