Husband pointed out that this is their way out before they get bitch slapped by the appellate court and they still get their sound bite of “convicted felon”.

Yep. Backpedaling or as we say here in the south they're crawfishing. Merchan should still be disbarred and criminally indicted. NY should have to pay Trump restitution. I can only imagine how much $$$'s Trump's lost time is worth.

Definitely fishy. Wasn't there a report that Merchan was going out of the country now that the trial was over? That was fishy too.
