Husband pointed out that this is their way out before they get bitch slapped by the appellate court and they still get their sound bite of “convicted felon”.

Yeah, you know this case will get dismissed on appeal. I'd bet this is coming from their side, so they can declare a mistrial and say "Trump was a convicted felon and only got off an a technicality"
