No, absolutely not. No mistrial. Why file for a mistrial and have to go to trial all over again when Trump can appeal and have the whole thing overruled in one swift moment? Appeal is the quickest and best path for Trump. Besides, if he filed for a mistrial and succeeded in getting a new one, there is a very low chance he'd be found innocent in a NY court.
GOOD POINT.... and perhaps THIS IS THEIR STRATEGY... to keep the GAGGING JUDGE PROSECUTING TRUMP in a re-trial...so they can CONTINUE THE KANGAROO COURT...egads!!!
