I don't really have much of substance to offer with this, but this is such a crazy fact. John Adams and Thomas Jefferson both died on the 4th of the July (so did Monroe, also). On the SAME 4th of July in 1826 - on the 50th anniversary of 1776. I mean, what are the fucking odds of that?

We actually talked about that in a psychology class I took. Humans are pretty good at staying alive until a specific event they're holding out for and then dying once they give up. Notice how many spouses die right after their husband or wife dies. One of the founders (forget which) was apparently in a coma and would wake every so often to ask if it was July 4th yet, once he made it to July 4th, he died.
interesting. I do believe that is very much a thing. Not sure how much that applies to these two men, but the lore is that they were great friends. So much so that Adams' reputed last words were "Jefferson still lives" - not knowing that he had died a few hours prior. Word hadn't hit TMZ or X yet.

We should compile a database of “What are the F’N odds” events like this, where the coincidence of dates might be intentional symbolism.
For example…
What are the F’N odds that HRC betrayed our country on 9/11/12 and then was tossed into the back of van on 9/11/16.
And then, James Monroe died on July 4, 1831, just five years later. Pretty amazing.
So low that many suspect this was actually murder. I forget what all details but I recall hearing a compelling case for the possibility.
