Yes there should be laws. Learn about “common law” principles - basically the law evolves as new things are enountered, and precedents are set. There never was such thing as an internet before. Now there is. We should have a say in how it’s governed just like we have a say in how our city is run. Rules/laws to make the game equal. That’s the idea anyway
