I developed a wheat allergy about 10 years ago, thanks to an antidepressant. On the one hand, it makes it very difficult to eat out and almost impossible to travel, especially since I've cut out seed oils as well. On the other hand, I have to by default avoid most of the processed crap in supermarkets. It's amazing what they put wheat in. Even some "gluten free" products contain wheat.
Exactly. It is hard for me as well but it doesn’t bother me anymore. Once in a while I do it but I know for sure I will get sick per days though
You're lucky. If I have wheat I can go into anaphylactic shock.
Not that lucky though cuz I have an episode everyday, can’t breath, I have congestion and phlegm, all started in 2020 after the friking Covid (bioweapon). I don’t know what they did to me but never got the jab only the test couple of times and mask for a little bit. Right now I am having chest pain for lack of breathing.
