great post & I'm just adding a couple of things I noticed;

if the picture is from 10/22/2017...

George Washington's birthday was on the 22nd. lots of 22s & 2s in this movie.

22=11+11...also a lot of 11s

And 2017 would be 217...which could be 34

I tend to think 11 relates to the twin towers. (Q also has a twin theme...)

As for Jimmy Carter...look up the famous George Magazine cover-survival guide to the future. I can't find a good link on phone.
