These lawsuits only hurt the taxpayers and the kids, not the people who committed these crimes against humanity. Done this way nothing is ever going to happen to those people. Only the lawyers on both sides really win, perhaps with some injunctive relief for the wronged workers, but the people responsible won't face any consequences here. They need to be sued personally and financially ruined since they're obviously not going to face any other punishment. But there is no money in that so it won't happen.
