And it'll set up reviewing ALL the past Presidents and their "libraries." I suspect that's Trump's real angle here. Remember, he has to have the appearance of a "good fight showing" so when the verdict goes against him, it opens up the precedent for the others to be reviewed/audited and potential future criminal charges.
