Correct. They do this all of the time and they'd be derelict in their duty if they didn't do it when we know there is a Russian fleet hanging out around Cuba.

I get that, but it's exactly right off of Mar-a-Lago. I'm talking right off the coast. Not down around Miami. Not Key West. It was focused on one spot, and that spot was damn close to Trump's place. That is normal?
