i started by following the protocol very carefully. i don't remember the numbers. 4oz is a measure of volume, not concentration. it should be very easy to drink if mixed right. and yes, by definition, adding more water will dilute it more.
please follow the protocol carefully. i was using an eyedropper to measure. i only started to relax because i felt very familiar with the substance, i found the taste pleasant, and i added too much a couple times, and had to spit it out immediately because it was like drinking battery acid.
it should also be noted that i wasn't taking it for any specific reason, just for general health, and to confirm that the mainstream was lying about it.
so for the love of God, if you don't know how concentration works, and you find the taste unpleasant, and you're taking it to solve a specific problem... just follow the protocol extremely carefully. i'm sure someone on GAW can help, but 4oz doesn't tell us a darn thing about what concentration you're taking it at. be careful
OK I must have misunderstood what you meant by measuring. I thought you were talking about the water part, not the drops part.
I've been doing the 3 drops (3 drops of NaClO2 with 3 drops of HCL activated in a glass cup) and added 4 oz of distilled water in between 20-30 seconds of the activating process to stop it from overactivating. I've been following the PDF from Ultimate Guide to Chlorine Dioxide with information from Brian Stone. I read it like 10 times, particularly the part where I need to do the protocol, i.e. Protocol 1000/1000+.
I believe I'm following it correctly and now I'm on Day 4 of the Protocol 1000.
