Notice it fell to the state and local law enforcement authorities to make the arrests. Reminds me of Ivan Raiklin's idea of using county sheriffs to deputize qualified citizens to assist in swatting corrupt swamp creatures. Every swing state had it's share of election tampering. I'd like to see the right minded sheriffs in those states begin the process locally. They know the most about their local officials. The low level perps will give up the bigger fish and then it becomes a game of follow the money to the top.
