Holy Father, You inspired me yesterday a new way to face some anxiety I had: by fractioning a tiresome task in a few subsets, you made it less exhausting and I could still exceed my initial expectations. I praise You so much for this new perspective on achievements and how to acknowleldge my actual abilities before taking on something too big.
AGENDA
Today we celebrate Saint Eskil.
Later, around 1080, he made a 30 km (19 mi) journey east of Tuna to Strängnäs, an Old Norse holy place. Saint Eskil was killed by being stoned and chopped up with an axe, according to tradition, because he disrupted a holy ritual. Saint Eskil's followers decided to take his corpse back to Tuna. The local tradition says that during that journey, his body was placed on the ground and that a miraculous spring gushed from that spot and started to flow out of the mountainside just outside Strängnäs. The spring is known as the Spring of Saint Eskil.

See you tomorrow, Frens!🤓
Mary!🤗💐
Pen! Have a blessed day. It looks like 'chunking' your work duties into smaller bits makes them work out better as a whole. Good job! I don't believe I would have thought of this, but you did. You are a true Asset to the company. Hope all is well on your end. It seems that there are some coyotes in the field behind my sons house. Garfield the orange tabby came up missing about 3 weeks ago and now the Chocolate Tipped (looks Siamese) kitty of Ninky's that she calls Baby is missing. Baby didn't meet me at the car yesterday morning when I arrived nor did I see him all day. So all we have left is Princess Francesca who I call 'Big Mama' and I pray nothing happens to her. We think the coyotes got them.
Dear Mary, coyotes are clever creatures and I mourn your cats with you.🥺 Everytime I used to use the brush cutters in my field I ended with a bad tachycardia, so I decided that this week, the last I am allowed to spend here, I with perform this necessary mowing in 3 times so I don’t hurt myself. It’s also much better for motivation as procrastination usually comes from being anxious to start something big, so, if I make it smaller, it works.🤓💐
Thank you. Please be careful with your tachycardia. Me and another anon on here both have it and have to take a heart med for it. I hope you don't have to take anything for yours yet and that it's just over exertion. Anxiety for a prolonged period of time will cause tachycardia also. Now you make me worry about you. Take care. Working in smaller chunks should do the job quickly for you. At least you don't procrastinate like some people I know. That's what causes me a lot of anxiety is waiting for someone to do the job they promised me as I can't do everything myself. Kek! Have a blessed day.
Please, don’t worry about me, Mary. I know God won’t let me go down before I have achieved what He sent me here to.🙏🏻💐
