The ancestry site not only references governmental, church, etc. historical records but also other people's trees to give you hints. I would compare it more to the Q boards where you get hints to do additional research than a point of reference. Certainly not a reliable one but a good place to get hints to get started. If that record had an image of a tombstone that could then be imaged matched or something like that then maybe. This reference is nothing. Probably someone just trolling on their tree that may be related to Biden but not like the fact. KEK
