Fifteen minute cities coming....transgressors traveling outside of their zones to be penalized. 1st infraction, monetary fine auto-deducted from bank funds. 2nd: assets frozen for short amount of time. 3rd: temporary home arrest. 4th & final...off to the re-education camp....seems like a Hillary or Schwab wet-dream for sure
