Before that. WHs started collecting intel when jfk was assassinated. We know the Bushes are dirty, Clintons are dirty, Obamas are dirty, McCain was dirty, Romney is dirty. Nixon got trapped. Johnson was dirty. Don’t know much about Ford. Carter got steamrolled by Bush sr and CIA. The art of war says every battle is won before it is fought.
