I don't know much about bitcoin but I find it curious that Trump mentions that Bitcoin mining "may" be our last line of defense... Why did he specifically say that specifically instead of just saying Bitcoin may be our last line of defense...?

Also how does the remaining Bitcoin being made in the USA help us be energy dominant ? Can anyone explain what this means ?
