His “public death” likely needs to occur prior to 2024 election for a “clean” COG maneuver without “legacy issues”. This would be all former CICs dead that are not ineligible for COG (INELIGIBLE: i.e. Clinton treason selling secrets to CCP, Bush Jr. treason for 9-11, Obama foreign agent, Biden President only, not CIC).

That leaves Trump as only alive “former”CIC.
