It's all bs...50% of all jobs posted are ghost postings they have no intention of filling. Employees see the postings thinking they're going to get relief from being overworked, but the help never comes... just like the job offers never come either. I'm sure you've heard countless stories if job seekers sending out hundreds of applications and getting zero response or zero jobs.
