At our polling location here in oklahoma,they post the results on the front door, immediately after the election. We used to have people swing by their polling place on their way to the watch party and bring the results. We knew who won before it was announced.
We do that for local elections at my polling station. But we really should do it for all of them. Since I have to sign off on all the results as a Republican Judge before we drop everything back off at my County BOE I know all the results at the end of the night.
