Conventional Cancer Treatment - Treat cancer with cancer causing processes.
Example - Chemo is a poison that causes cancer, but it's more poisonous to cancer cells so it's OK.
Example - Radiation causes cancer, but cancer cells are weaker than normal cells so it's OK.
Cancer is called in remission if it does not return in 5 years, which is about the longest amount of time it will take new cancers to develop from the two methods mentioned above.
I agree, chemo killed my mom who had lung cancer, doc said that after 3 chemo sessions, her cancer not only got bigger it spread. She told us this right before she passed away. 🤬
I’m sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. Chemo is big money for Big Pharma. They push it like candy. Unfortunately your mom got caught in the medical machine.
For radiation, 5 years is closer to shortest time for secondary cancers (and only some types) to develop. Radiation often gets blamed for the chemo effects. Working with it everyday I see more good than bad. But there are many hopeless cases that dr's elect to treat a patient ($$$$$) instead of being truthful with them and letting them be with family. Family can be difficult too, forcing them to be treated. It's just an awful and unnatural thing to go through. There are break through methods developed but insurance wont cover them so they don't go forward. That's the large problem here. Better treatments are not available because of regulation, medical insurance and special interests not wanting advancements.
Thanks for the enlightenment!
