You're not really informed about this it seems.

There are high res certified stock images on getty images of "Biden" clearly wearing a mask.

This video from Mike Adams podcast covers this info

This is just one example. There are countless high res images of high profile people being fake. Anyone with facial recognition software can prove this. Like you said yourself. There is also software that can prove a high res photo hasn't been digitally tampered with.
