Louisiana is still very very red. That's supposedly a "shift" poll - I've never been asked to take a poll. Idk who they polled here - but if it was people in New Orleans or Baton Rouge, that's where it's blue. Rest of state outnumbers them and are red
Yep!!! And he won overwhelmingly in the primary - we have open primaries where everyone runs against everyone and top two (if under 50%) run against each other in the general election. There was a popular Dem from New Orleans running for gov. Landry got 56% of the vote - the dem barely broke 20% 😁 and that was in the primary. The rest of the field was absolutely left in the dirt lol.

They don't have a lot of polls in solid red states. These were from 2022.
