BIG IF, that is if the fencing being put up is real and this isn't just a baseless claim...
Could this have anything to do with the Chevron Doctrine ruling? I came across this post while lurking on the other side, and a user mentioned this:
"SCOTUS rollback of the Chevron Doctrine is likely under Separation of Powers Doctrine
A rollback would officially and instantly nullify 95% of the Executive Branch "rules" (Article II agencies, i.e. Deep State). Most of which are not actually laws passed by Congress (Article I) as required by the Constitution. Likely decision will hinge on Separation of Powers and cessation of usurpation of both Article I and Article III powers by Article II entities. Neither Congress NOR Judiciary can delegate their powers to any other Branch of Gov't (i.e. Executive Branch "Departments").
This effectively neuters the IRS along with W. Virginia v EPA (2022), nullifying nearly all their rules and requiring them to sue you or your business in Federal Court. In that case you file "Motion to Dismiss" based on "No Standing" because they cannot prove ACTUAL rather than THEORETICAL damages from you not paying taxes since they just print whatever they need. (see Part 3 of SCOTUS standing requirements for Federal lawsuits)
This also can affect the ATF crap. Maybe that is why the bump stock ruling came out early. Chevron will affect all of the govt agencies that like to make their own rules and tell us they are laws.

This could be big if all of this is true. Thoughts?
