It would beat the purpose if Trump comes in before the war starts.

Here is the order I think it will go:

WW3 (Precipice really) first.

People start panicing and getting despondent.

Declassification of Biden corruption

People start getting really angry

Declassification of 2020 and RussiaGate etc.

People beg for Trump to be back.

Trump comes in, defuses the WW3 and finally the people's minds are open enough for rest of the declassification.
