I don't blame the victim although right now, it looks like she might be asking for it. Here is something that I would say.

Too young to have that many kids (probably a loose woman)
Dress to attract - wrong attention
Young boyfriend, arrested 14 times, playing fast and loose

Still, nobody deserves to be murdered whether she dressed like a slut and is a slut.

I agree. 5 kids, 3 baby daddies, poor choice in new boyfriend, etc. But that does not warrant murder by anyone whether illegal or not.
