No, he's gotten worst. Dr. Nasreddine, who invented the gold-standard cognitive test, says he has the affects of having Parkinson disease, with slurred speech and now with increasing frequent brain freezes. The pathetic idiot thinks he's a comedian, making fun of the press corps, thinking there laughing with him, not at him.
