That's too tame...PUT HIM IN A SAND MOUND w/ HONEY ON HIS HEAD, up to his neck, then spread fire ants on his head...and let it drip, profusely...then let the fire ants have their way along with putting a leather strap around his neck, which is wet but then dries out in the heat...The rest is left to your imagination...
