Truthfully, I believe the Supreme Court is full of lawmakers, not decision makers as to what laws are constitutional or which aren't. Their job is not to make laws, but decide if the laws made are constitutional. Roberts messed that up badly, in my opinion, when he changed Obama's medical insurance law. He made it a tax and not a fine. He, Roberts, should have sent it back to Congress and have them pass it correctly--no he just changes it "for the American people" not his words, but I guess he thought he did us all a favor! Roberts wasn't as smart as I thought he was, but he may be--who knows what Obama had/has on him??
