There were news broadcasts before he died about how he wanted to move to a gold standard.

I remember thinking “that dude is a dead man”.

Sure enough, he was immediately on the terrorist list, and dead shortly thereafter.

You shouldn’t have trouble confirming the timeline and events yourself. It’s not heavy digging.
