Q 918 has always made me wonder, who ARE we talking to?

In Q 918, is the following statement, just before the Q sign-off:

"Wait until you learn who has been TALKING TO you here."

Has anyone ever figured out what that means? Is it a person, a team, AI, military intelligence....aliens? Anyone else remember this?

I think that’s a reasonable assumption, but it seems that humans are doing the drops. You can find the error corrections by searching for “on the move”.
