JD’s nickname was JFK, because he looked so much like the President. He was killed to be the body double just for the brain. Unfortunately his assassin messed up the shot. The brains were switched in air but still led to more questions than answers. The brain from the autopsy had to disappear because DNA tests would have shown it was JD’s.
The autopsy was a mess in itself. The Showtime series is phenomenal.
