YES it is irresponsible BUT IT IS ALSO A WAR CRIME AND IS CONSIDERED A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY due to the fact that these are NON-ARMED CIVILIANS...

And Xiden & his gang have this hanging over their heads as WAR CRIMINALS for EVEN ALLOWING Ukraine too have access to these types of munitions...
