Did she have cosmetic surgery at some point? Looks different, I would not have thought "Paris Hilton" if I had seen that photo without caption. The nose at least looks shorter.

I don't find her replacement nearly as attractive. Too perfect, the old Paris had some flaws and just looked like a normal everyday hottie. Of course all that nonsense goes out the window every time she opened her mouth and uttered rich girl stupidity.
