Crack/heroine and other such drugs will do that to a person, same as a person who smokes a lot. Maybe does not affect appearance that much before a certain age but , starts getting really noticeable around mid 40's compared to a person who doesn't/didn't partake often. Seems like that Ozempic shot people use for weightless is going to have same affect as if a person had smoked crack for years. lol
