Cameras don't "shoot and kill"... but armed agents, wearing plain clothes and with no visible identity, would shoot and kill (if necessary, of course...).
How did they kill the cameras? CCTV probably had back up batteries. What they’d do zap it with an EMP? Sounds fishy to me. Any security camerafags care to enlighten
It depends on the system and how it's built. I'm assuming there is a central security office where all of the cameras at MAL can be viewed. A property that size, at a minimum, would have 100+ cameras to be properly covered. Camera systems that size have banks of harddrives that are server controlled with software to control the camera PTZ, the recording feeds, banks of cameras, and image roll recall. I would argue that security for MAL would have vigorously shutting off the camera system server/controller as they would be entirely blind for all of MAL. Most likely, they shut off specific cameras in the area of the search. Unless that system was built with that event in mind, it's doubtful video exists from the blacked out cameras. ANd probably no need for battery backup (UPS) as a property of that size, in SFL, undoubtedly has a generator with fuel tank for critical systems at a minimum - security being a critical system.
1MW is a biggie. Like tractor trailor sized. We had 4 of them at an outpost. One for us, one to power the village (which we shut off when the natives got rowdy) and 2 spares.
No one would read it. Boring compared to the guys in the shit. Read Kill bin Laden My friend's deceased twin. Delta commander who led the initial raid on Tora Bora in Nov '01. Very eye operning.
I will...makes me furious that all of the fighting, suffering & dying was manipulated by a few who consider themselves "elite"...the irony is pure evil.
Wonder what the Trump Organization personnel saw on the live feed. Wonder if the live feed is backed up.
Trump hinted after the fact that he had recorded everything on his end. I presume it is all very well documented.
You bet your bippy! "We have it all"
WTF do cameras do to risk "agent safety"? Do cameras shoot and kill? No, they record what they see.

So did they walk into the SOC and say turn off the cameras - here’s our warrant?
I thought MAL Security refused to turn off the Security Cameras?
I would assume that was covered in the warrant or they strong armed them into it.
I worked in an area at my company that had redundancy using UPS and a 1 MW Generator.

It was YUGE.
Still waiting for you to write your book. Start the outline now...😸
