One more comment: I tried this URL yesterday and it continued to fail. It is now available.

Possibly this was just organic based on the tweet that ir was going away.
Maybe the risk of it going away was BS but it served to get folks interested in it again.

Yes, its the search portal for DNC emails and its been failing for a year now. The whole site is on crutches (due to funding I think).
