It was clear by Biden’s answers that he had been given the questions before the debate. After the question was asked he went automatically into the answer with no thought and spoke very fast as if answering from memory. When he would go off script, his answers would falter and he would start getting confused.

The voice: made to say each answer a thousand times over 8 days. In reality, it was the West Coast Bidan and a way to cover his voice difference with the East Coast Bidan that we have been seeing the most of lately.
